Excellent customer service from start to finish. I've had a order I recently made and unfortunately the phone came locked, even after having the phone for a few months I couldn't get it unlocked. I contacted them after and gave them my order number, but as they say, things come better sweet than sour and I've done just that and they treated me with the absolute most respect in the world! They even went ahead and shipped me an exchange the same day I sent mine back. Now I have my new device and it's unlocked for my service provider. Thank you guys so much!!

This has been a wonderful start to a brilliant relationship. I was desperately needing for a cell phone to arrive to me as soon as possible when I did a quick Google search and I found them when I called and ask them if they had that phone in stock and if it is ready to ship immediately I was even willing to pay a lot of money for shipping at my own expense just to get it out as soon as possible but they assured me that I didn't need to do so they were completely honest with me and very easy going and they gave me excellent customer service over the phone I placed my order immediately. they have shipped my order with FedEx and I have received it the following day I am very grateful for them and I'm looking to buy more funds from them in the future under better circumstances.
